The promenade is part of my New York routine. I come after difficult meetings, on clear Sunday mornings, and whenever I need the skyline to remind me how much can fit inside one life.
This portrait is not about discovering Brooklyn. It is about belonging to it. The city across the river is the ambition; the place where I am standing is home.
