Permission to create your page
You keep ownership of your photographs and writing. You grant Love in NYC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit for clarity and presentation, format, display, reproduce, and distribute the submitted material as needed to operate your story page, collection, sharing tools, and promotion of Love in NYC. You may request removal through the Contact page.
Review and moderation
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may approve, reject, unpublish, edit presentation, change featured status, or remove content that violates these terms or our guidelines, creates legal or safety concerns, or does not fit the project.
Respectful use
Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, deceptive, invasive, explicit, hateful, harassing, infringing, commercially spammy, or harmful. Do not impersonate another person or submit private information without permission.
Sharing and downloads
Published pages may include tools for sharing links and downloading branded versions of submitted photographs. Public content may be copied or shared by others outside our control. Do not remove or misrepresent Love in NYC branding from official featured formats.
No guarantee of search visibility
We may prepare public pages for search engines, but we do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, permanence, or any particular result from publication.
Service availability
The service is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, Love in NYC is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service or third-party sharing.
