Our New York view together

We had seen this DUMBO street in hundreds of photographs, so we expected the view to feel familiar. It did not. The bridge filled the space above us, the cobblestones slowed our walk, and suddenly ten years together felt present in one frame.

New York was not the beginning of our story. It became a beautiful marker inside it—a place to look at how far we had come and imagine where we might go next.
